The concept

Guided by the stars

Mission

Voyagers exists to celebrate the cultures, flavors, and stories of the Pacific Ocean through extraordinary hospitality, vibrant Asian-Pacific cuisine, and the timeless spirit of celestial navigation. Inspired by the stars that guided generations of explorers, we bring people together to discover, connect, and share unforgettable experiences. One meal, one journey, and one table at a time.

Concept

  1. 01Departure

Voyagers is a modern Pacific dining experience inspired by the ancient navigators who crossed the world's largest ocean using only the stars, the winds, and the waves. Located on Kona's historic Ali'i Drive, the restaurant explores the diverse culinary traditions that have flourished along the Pacific Rim from Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Indonesia to Hawai'i and the islands of Polynesia and Micronesia.

  2. 02The room

Every detail of the experience reflects the romance of exploration. Warm woods, brass accents, celestial maps, star charts, and subtle nautical elements create an atmosphere that feels both sophisticated and adventurous. Guests are invited to embark on a culinary voyage where familiar flavors meet unexpected discoveries, honoring the movement of people, ingredients, and traditions that have shaped Pacific cuisine for centuries.

  3. 03The table

The menu celebrates the ocean first, featuring pristine seafood, local Hawaiian ingredients, vibrant vegetables, bold spices, live-fire cooking, and refined interpretations of iconic dishes from around the Pacific. Signature cocktails draw inspiration from constellations, trade winds, tropical botanicals, and island cultures, while the wine and sake program reflects destinations throughout the Pacific.

  4. 04Arrival

At its heart, Voyagers is about more than food. It is a celebration of curiosity, craftsmanship, cultural respect, and the universal desire to gather around a table. Like the navigators who once looked skyward before setting sail, every guest begins a journey of discovery the moment they arrive.

  5. Brand promise

Guided by the Stars. Connected by the Ocean. United at the Table.
